The staff profile contains the following information to identify them. The GTCS Number is used during the Professional Update to send the relevant information to GTCS.
- Employee Id
- GTCS Number - only for Education staff
- First Name
- Last Name
- Job Title
- Department(s)
- Email
- Mobile Number
- Service Start Date
- Service End Date
The staff profile also contains Equal Opportunity information. This is used anonymously against course bookings. There is a "Prefer not to answer" option against all these questions. There are equal opportunities questions covering:
- Gender
- Transgender
- Date of Birth
- Religion
- National Identity
- Ethic Group
- Sexual Orientation
- Disability
- Dietary Requirements
